Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or milk/semisweet (see note)
- 1/2 cup colored sprinkles, divided
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the boxed white cake mix with milk, egg and canola oil, stirring until the mixture is well incorporated.

Fold in the white chocolate chips and half of the sprinkles until evenly distributed.

Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or follow the package directions for the cake mix you used, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly, cut into bars, and enjoy.
