Garlic Parmesan Crisps are a simple 3-ingredient appetizer that take under 20 minutes to prepare. Made from shredded Parmesan, garlic powder, and freshly cracked pepper, they’re delicious on their own or paired with bruschetta.

I didn’t expect to love these Parmesan crisps as much as I do. If you enjoy cheese, you’ll be surprised at how addictive baked, crunchy Parmesan can be — it becomes an elegant, flavorful cracker. With just three pantry ingredients, these crisps are quick to make and make a striking addition to a charcuterie board or any appetizer spread.
They’re ideal for holiday gatherings and work beautifully with spreads and dips—bruschetta is one of my favorite pairings.

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Crisps
This recipe is incredibly straightforward. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine shredded Parmesan, garlic powder, and freshly cracked pepper, stirring until evenly mixed.
Spoon the mixture into tablespoon-sized mounds on the parchment, leaving space between each. Flatten each mound slightly so it’s not too thick in the center. Bake for about 5 minutes, until the edges turn golden and the centers are melted. Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool completely so they firm up and can be lifted easily.

These crisps are a perfect low-effort substitute for crackers. My favorite way to serve them is alongside fresh bruschetta — but they also pair well with herb dips, soft cheeses, or as a crunchy garnish on salads and soups. Because the recipe is so flexible, you can easily scale it or tweak the seasonings to taste.
