Are you wondering what a Trim Healthy Mama book study is? The authors of Trim Healthy Mama provide free study guides for church groups and for mamas around the world.

For the past two years I’ve started the New Year by facilitating a Trim Healthy Mama book study that begins in January. The study runs both online and within our local Trim Healthy Mama community.

Since I began my own journey in early 2013, I’ve developed a deep affection for this lifestyle and a strong desire to share what I’ve learned with others.

This study is informal and not endorsed by Trim Healthy Mama LLC or Facebook in any way.

What is a THM Book Study?

I enjoy revisiting my Trim Healthy Mama Plan Book and uncovering useful reminders, fresh insights, and practical tips to apply one meal at a time. This Trim Healthy Mama book study is structured with six weeks of reading assignments, group discussions, and light-hearted activities. We host conversations in an unofficial closed Facebook group and share related articles here on the blog to support your reading and implementation.

What Am I Committing To?

  • Love yourself enough to set aside time to read the book.
  • Spend a few moments during the six-week study to join discussions, encourage others, and enjoy the process.
  • Use reading and discussion to learn how to implement the plan if you’re new, or to refresh and refine your existing knowledge.

  • Note-taking supplies to capture insights and action steps.
  • A willingness to actively read and engage with the material throughout the study.

When Does This Trim Healthy Mama Book Study Begin?

We currently have a “Meet & Greet” thread in the group for introductions and questions.

The first reading assignment is posted on December 31, 2017.

Discussion posts related to the week’s reading will be shared throughout each week to encourage interaction and reflection.
