Best Skinny Ranch Dressing,
divided -
½
cup
fat-free plain yogurt or fat-free sour cream -
½
cup
fresh parsley
chopped -

scallions (green onions)
chopped (use entire scallion) -

fresh tarragon

anchovy paste
(optional) -

garlic cloves

fresh lemon juice -

Instructions

In a food processor, mini chopper or blender, combine 1/4 cup ranch dressing, the yogurt or sour cream, parsley, scallions, tarragon, garlic and anchovy paste (if using). Blend until smooth.

Transfer the blended herbs and yogurt mixture to a medium bowl. Stir in the remaining 1 cup ranch dressing, the lemon juice and fresh ground black pepper. Whisk until fully combined and smooth.

Store the Green Goddess dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before serving.
