Get to Know Us Better

Hi, I’m Emily Kyle, the creator of this site.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Holistic Cannabis Practitioner. I teach people about the cannabis plant—its uses, its anatomy, and how to incorporate it thoughtfully into their lives.

My husband, Phil, is our chef and operations manager. He oversees recipes and helps run our online store.

We’re fortunate to live and work at home, running this business and farm together with our two sons, Ransom and Ronan.

Each year we do a family photoshoot to celebrate the harvest and to help normalize cannabis for other families.

Yearly Updates

Wow, this year flew by. It was a rewarding blend of work and family time.

We made meaningful progress professionally and also traveled a lot as a family, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Our biggest milestone this year was becoming Licensed New York State Adult-Use Cannabis Cultivators—an important step for our farm and our commitment to safe, legal cultivation.

After stepping away from social media last year, I returned to share more about our work and our life. A short garden video featuring Ran and me reached over a million views, which felt like a sign that the public conversation around cannabis is growing more open and curious.

I couldn’t do this without our community manager and assistant, Renee, whose support keeps many daily tasks running smoothly.

Our blog continues to reach readers nationwide, and our store has delivered high-quality cannabis products to thousands of satisfied customers.

What matters most are the messages we receive from people telling us how cannabis has improved their quality of life. Those stories are why we keep doing this work even when it’s challenging.

My ongoing goal is to provide clear education and support so people can begin and navigate their cannabis journey with confidence.
