- 1 celery stalk , finely diced
- ¼ c mayo
- 2 Scallions , sliced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- ½ tsp hot old bay seasoning , or more to taste
- ½ tsp dill, fresh & chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 split top hot dog buns

Chop the cooked lobster into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
