Ingredients


  • cups
    Best Skinny Ranch Dressing,
    divided
  • ½
    cup
    fat-free plain yogurt or fat-free sour cream
  • ½
    cup
    fresh parsley
    chopped

  • cup
    scallions (green onions)
    chopped (use entire scallion)
  • 2
    tablespoons
    fresh tarragon
    chopped

  • teaspoons
    anchovy paste
    (optional)
  • 1
    teaspoon
    garlic cloves
    minced
  • 2
    tablespoons
    fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh ground black pepper,
    to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor, mini chopper or blender, combine 1/4 cup ranch dressing, the yogurt or sour cream, parsley, scallions, tarragon, garlic and anchovy paste (if using). Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the blended herbs and yogurt mixture to a medium bowl. Stir in the remaining 1 cup ranch dressing, the lemon juice and fresh ground black pepper. Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
  • Store the Green Goddess dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before serving.
