I enjoyed a delightful dining experience at the new Theodore restaurant in NorthPark Center, Dallas. Theodore is a welcome addition to the mall’s impressive lineup of eateries. They prepare many desserts fresh each day, including the special chocolate chocolate chip ice cream I tried. The meal also included their take on a Milano-style cookie, shown in the photo.
